Timpanogos Welcomes Lauryn Vasher to the Science Department

Timpanogos High School is excited to welcome Lauryn Vasher as the newest member of our Science Department, where she’ll be teaching Chemistry. Originally from Wisconsin, Lauryn moved to Utah to attend BYU, and we’re thrilled she’s bringing her passion for science—and for students—to the T-Wolf community.

Lauryn and her husband, Matt, were married in 2022, and they recently welcomed their first child, Grayson, in April 2024. Outside the classroom, Lauryn is an avid reader, a board game enthusiast, and a fan of music and musical theater. She also loves getting outdoors to hike, play sports, and take in Utah’s natural beauty.

“I’m excited to be a T-Wolf and look forward to meeting you all!” she shared.

Principal Murphy noted, “Lauryn’s enthusiasm for chemistry and her well-rounded interests make her a perfect addition to our staff. We’re excited for the positive impact she’ll have on our students.”

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Lauryn Vasher!
